Chennai Super kings become T-20 champions

Chennai super kings became the winner of the Champions league T-20 2014 by defeating the Kolkatta Knight Riders by 8 wickets in Bangalore today. It is their second title for super kings in this tournament since its inception in 2009. Chennai super kings captain won the toss and elected to bowl. Kolkatta Knight riders began its inning in confident manner. Gambhir and Uthappa put a crucial first wicket 91 runs stand. After that innings lost momentum as Pawan Negi took 3 wickets in the 19th over to peg back the scoring. Pawan Negi was the standout bowler as he took 5 wickets for 22 runs. At the end of innings the score was 180 for 6 in 20 overs which was good.
