 The Pakistan Cricket Team registered their highest ever run-chase during the 2 nd One-day international played at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore on Thursday. Pakistan captain Babar Azam won the toss and decided to field first. It was an ideal start for the hosts as Shaheen Shah Afridi dismissed Australian captain Aaron Finch off the very first ball. Travis Head and Ben McDermott kept quiet for a few overs before putting the Pakistani bowlers under immense pressure with their hitting abilities.   The Australian women’s team defeated New Zealand in a one-sided 1 st One-day international match played at Bay Oval, Mount Maunganui on Sunday. Australian captain Meg Lanning won the toss and decided to field first. It was an ideal start for the visitors as Megan Schutt got rid of Hayley with a beauty. Amy Satterthwaite and Lauren Down steadied the innings for White Ferns putting pressure on the Australian bowling line-up. At the end of the first 10 overs, New Zealand women made 32 for 1. Down and Satterthwaite did the rescue job for White Ferns before Carrey dismissed Satterthwaite. Satterthwaite and Down added 69 runs for the 2 nd wicket. England’s tour of India 2020-21 schedule announced

  In big news for Indian Cricket, England will tour India for a full-fledged series including 4 Test matches, 5 T20Is, and 3 One-day internationals. The matches will be played across three venues. There will be four Test matches that will be a part of the ICC Test Championship. Out of these four tests, one would be the pink-ball Test match under the new stadium in Ahmedabad. After the four tests, the teams will play 5 T20Is at the same venue. With a view of the T20I World Cup to be played in 2021, there will be more T20Is. After these five T20I matches, both teams will play 3 ODI matches that would be a part of the ICC Super League tournament. India will be looking to showcase its dominance on home soil.
