Divers captain Asif Hooper won the toss and decided to bat first. It was not an ideal start for Divers as they lost an early wicket of Wayne Harper for 5. Asif Hooper and Alex Samuel played with positive intent putting pressure on Charlotte bowlers. Keron Cottoy got the breakthrough taking the wicket of Alex Samuel. Samuel and Hooper added 51 runs for the 2 nd wicket. Coming at number 4, Shem Browne hit a quickfire 13 off 6 balls with 2 sixes. Strikers bowlers made a strong comeback into the match by picking wickets. Divers posted a competitive total of 103 for 5 in 10 overs. Kirton Lava was the pick of the bowlers with 2 for 11.
