 It was a sensational batting effort as Vidarbha ended the fourth day of the Ranji Trophy finals against Kerala in a dominating position at VCA Stadium, Jamtha on 1 st March 2025. With a lead of 37 runs, Vidarbha got off to a shaky start losing 2 quick wickets. Jalaj Saxena produced a peach to dismiss Parth Rekhade. M Nideesh got rid of Dhruv Shorey with a stunning catch by Mohammed Azharudden leaving Vidarbha in trouble at 7 for 2.   It was an exciting third day’s play of the 2024/25 Ranji Trophy finals played between Vidarbha and Kerala at VCA Stadium, Jamtha on 28 th February 2025. Starting on the overnight score of 131 for 3, Kerala captain Sachin Baby and Aditya Sarwate kept the scoreboard ticking with lovely shots. Vidarbha created chances with disciplined bowling not allowing them to score runs easily. Harsh Dubey got the breakthrough dismissing Sarwate with a simple catch to Malewar at a silly point. Sarwate and Sachin Baby added 63 runs for the 4 th wicket. Salman Nazir showed intent against the Vidarbha bowlers along with captain Sachin Baby.  The second day of the finals between Vidarbha and Kerala saw honors even played at VCA Stadium, Jamtha on 27 th February 2025. Starting on the overnight score of 254 for 4, Danish Malewar continued from where he left from day 1 showing intent against Kerala bowlers. Yash Thakur also looked composed with his defense and hit lovely shots. Malewar reached his 150 off 273 deliveries. M Nideesh produced a peach to dismiss Malewar.  The first day of the Ranji Trophy finals between Vidarbha and Kerala was an exciting affair played at VCA Stadium, Jamtha on 26 th February 2025. Kerala captain Sachin Baby won the toss and decided to field first. It was an ideal start for the visitors as M Nidheesh struck early in the very first over dismissing Parth Rekhade in front of the stumps. Nideesh got his second wicket getting rid of Darshan Nalkande with a simple catch to Basil Thampi. Quarter-finals line-up for the 2021 Vijay Hazare Trophy announced

  After the final day play of league, stage played at various venues today, the quarterfinals line-up for the 50 over Vijay Hazare Trophy has been announced. Group A Gujarat qualified from Group A as the table topper. They won all their matches and remained unbeaten with 20 points. In the opening match, Gujarat defeated Chhattisgarh by 3 wickets with 11 balls to spare. In their second match, Gujarat eased past Goa winning it by 8 wickets. It was another dominating performance by Gujarat who crushed Tripura by 132 runs in their match. Gujarat won a closely fought fourth match defeating Hyderabad by 12 runs. Their league stage ended with 40 runs win over Baroda. Group B Andhra Pradesh qualified for the quarterfinals based on a better net run rate. Andhra, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, and Jharkhand finished with 12 points, but Andhra Pradesh made it through.
