  The England Cricket Team registered a remarkable win by an innings and 47 runs against Pakistan at Multan Cricket Stadium, Multan on 11 th October 2024. Starting on the overnight score of 152 for 6, Aamer Jamal and Salman Ali Agha put up some fight against Chris Woakes, Atkinson Brydon Carse. Agha completed his 2 nd fifty this match off 63 deliveries. Aamer Jamal also looked in good touch, putting the bad balls away for boundaries.   Bangladesh registered their first-ever Test win over Pakistan on the fifth day played at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, Rawalpindi on 25 th August 2024. Starting on the overnight score of 23 for 1, Pakistan got off to a worst possible start as captain Shan Masood was dismissed by Hasan Mahmud via review. The umpire called not out, on review it was turned to out. Liton Das dropped a simple chance to dismiss Babar Azam off the very first delivery. Abdullah Shafique and Babar Azam showed some intent against Bangladeshi bowlers. Nahid Rana put Pakistan on the backfoot getting the wicket of Babar Azam taking the inside edge onto the stumps.  The England Cricket Team ended the summer with a comprehensive win over South Africa on the 5 th day of the 3 rd Test match played at Kia Oval, London on Monday. With 33 runs required to win, Alex Lees was dismissed via review for LBW. Dean Elgar decided to review the decision after a muted appeal before the umpire changed its decision to out. Crawley and Lees added 108 runs for the opening wicket. Ollie Pope impressed with his shots along with Crawley. Crawley hit the winning runs with a lovely boundary to help England register an emphatic 9-wicket win and seal the series after going down badly in the first Test by an innings and 12 runs. England produced some magical performances after facing a humiliating defeat in the first Test.  The England juggernaut continued as they thrashed New Zealand on the 5 th day of the 3 rd and final Test match played at Headingly, Leeds on Monday. Due to rain, the match started after the lunch break. It was an ideal start for the visitors as Tim Southee produced a peach to get rid of Pope without adding any runs. Pope and Root added 132 runs for the 3 rd wicket. Jonny Bairstow just displayed great hitting abilities right from the word go putting New Zealand bowlers under immense pressure.  The England Cricket Team produced a sensational win on the final day of the 2 nd Test match thanks to special knocks by Bairstow and Stokes played at Trent Bridge, Nottingham on Tuesday. Starting on the overnight score of 224 for 7, Matt Henry and Daryl Mitchell began the innings on a positive note. Henry looked solid against the England pacers due to short ball tactics.  Under the captaincy of Virat Kohli, the Indian Cricket Test team became the first Asian nation to defeat South Africa at their fort SuperSport Park, Centurion on Thursday. Starting on the overnight score of 94 for 4, Dean Elgar and Temba Bavuma looked comfortable against Bumrah and Shami. The South African captain Elgar hit bad deliveries away for boundaries while Bavuma made the batting look easy. Mohammed Shami dropped a simple return chance to get rid of captain Elgar. With this win, Australia won 12 more points in the latest ICC Test championship points table. Starting the final day on 82 for 4, it was not an ideal start for the visitors as Ollie Pope fell cheaply to Mitchell Starc. With this win, India moved to the top of the ICC Championship points table.  Starting on the overnight score of 77 for 0, Rory Burns and Haseeb Hameed began off steadily as Umesh Yadav delivered bad deliveries.  Thanks to the special effort, the Indian Cricket Team registered a historic win over England in a thrilling contest on the fifth and final day of 2 nd Test match played at Lords, London on Monday. The England captain Joe Root decided to take the 2 nd new ball immediately. Starting on the overnight score of 181 for 6, Rishabh Pant played a lovely stroke coming down hitting a boundary to James Anderson. Soon after, Robinson struck an important blow getting rid of Pant leaving India under pressure. Ishant Sharma was promoted ahead of Shami and did a superb job.
