 The Indian Cricket Team produced another great display of cricket as they defeated New Zealand in the 2 nd T20I match played at JSCA International Stadium, Ranchi on Friday. Indian captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and decided to field first. Martin Guptill and Daryl Mitchell provided a flying start for New Zealand putting Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Deepak Chahar under immense pressure with a flurry of boundaries and sixes. Deepak Chahar got rid of dangerous Guptill trying to hit a big shot caught by Pant. The Kiwis openers added 48 runs in 4.2 overs laying a strong foundation.  The Indian shuttlers had a good day with 3 out of 4 making it into the second round of prestigious Super 750 Indonesian Masters played at Bali, Indonesia played on Tuesday. Lakshya Sen produced a stunning performance to stun Kenta Tsynuema of Japan in three thrilling games. It was an impressive start by the young Indian who reached the semi-finals of the Hylo Open. Sen had a disappointing beginning trailing by 6-9 before making a strong comeback.   Bangladesh produced a good bowling performance to defeat Sri Lanka in the first One-day international played at the Sher-E- Bangla Stadium, Mirpur on Sunday.
