Strong Indian squad selected for the World T20

 The BCCI announced the 15-member squad for the prestigious World T20 to be played in the United Arab Emirates starting from 23 rd October. The Indian team will be led by Virat Kohli in the prestigious tournaments. The batting department looks strong with Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul, Virat Kohli, Surya Kumar Yadav, Rishabh Pant, Ishan Kishan, and Hardik Pandya. The all-round department consists of Ravindra Jadeja, Hardik Pandya. Ravichandran Ashwin has been included by selectors due to his experience in spinning conditions as Yuzvendra Chahal being dropped. The spinning department consists of Rahul Chahar, Jadeja, Ashwin, Axar Patel, and Varun Chakravarthy. Chahal who did not perform well in recent times has been dropped along with Kuldeep Yadav. Indians dominate in latest ICC Test rankings

  After an impressive 3-1 win in the Test series over England, there have been changes in the latest ICC Test rankings announced by ICC on Wednesday. Kane Williamson, Steve Smith, Joe Root, Marnus Labuschagne, Virat Kohli and Babar Azam maintained the top six spots. England captain Joe Root and Virat Kohli did not have a great fourth match as both were dismissed cheaply. The explosive wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant made a remarkable 101 and helped India recover from 146 for 6 reaches his career-best rankings of number 7 th . It was an amazing knock by Pant who showed patience in the first fifty runs and then counterattacked putting pressure on England bowlers with innovative strokes. India versus England 2nd Test 4th Day: India registers an emphatic win to level the series

  The Indian Cricket Team ripped through England’s batting order to register an emphatic win on the fourth day of the 2 nd Test match played at M Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai on Tuesday. With this win, India move to 2 nd in the ICC Test Championship points table. Starting on the overnight score of 53 for 3, Dan Lawrence and Joe Root started off decently against Ishant and Axar Patel. Both played with decent technique despite the ball beating the bat. After the initial spell, R Ashwin struck immediately on his first ball dismissing Lawrence with a brilliant stumping by Pant. The number 1 ranked Test side in the world, India produced a dominating performance beating South Africa by 203 runs played at Vizag. It was a team performance by Virat Kohli led side who posted a massive total of 502 for 7. Rohit Sharma, Mayank Agarwal were the stars for Team India in the first innings. Despite Quinton de Kock and Dean Elgar centuries, it was a great bowling effort to bowl out South Africa for 431. Again, the Indian batsmen scored at quick pace and declared their innings on 323 for 4.
