CPL Match 10: Bowlers led St Lucia Zouks to their 3rd successive win
Thanks to a good bowling performance, St Lucia Zouks registered their 3 rd successive win of the tournament defeating Guyana Amazon Warriors played at Brian Lara Cricket Academy on Sunday. Zouks captain Darren Sammy won the toss and decided to bat first. Kimani Melius and Fletcher began steadily before the veteran Imran Tahir got wickets of Melius and Deyal. Roston Chase played with positive intent putting pressure on Warriors bowlers. Fletcher was dismissed by Chris Green meaning at the end of six overs, Zouks scored 41 for 3. Smith struck soon after the first six overs getting rid of Najibullah Zadran to leave Zouks in trouble at 42 for 4. The experienced Mohammad Nabi and Roston Chase rescued the innings with positive hitting and keeping the scoreboard ticking. Imran Tahir got the breakthrough for Warriors dismissing Nabi.
