Vijay Hazare Trophy 2021 Day 1: Ishan Kishan stole the show
The opening day of the 2021 Vijay Hazare Trophy saw Jharkhand skipper Ishan Kishan stole the show with a breath-taking innings against Madhya Pradesh played at Holkar Cricket Stadium, Indore on Saturday. Madhya Pradesh captain Parth Sahani won the toss and decided to field first. Jharkhand lost an early wicket of Utkarsh Singh cheaply. Ishan Kishan started off slowly before taking on the attack to Madhya Pradesh bowlers. He displayed great hitting abilities and put MP bowlers under immense with his power hitting. Kishan completed his fifty off 42 balls. After completing his half-century, Kishan started to blast away the Madhya Pradesh bowlers and reached century off 74 balls.
