Punjab Kings registered their 3 rd win of IPL 2025 with a thrilling 18-run win over Chennai Super Kings in a high-scoring thriller played at Mullanpur on 8 th April. PBKS captain Shreyas Iyer won the toss and decided to bat first. Priyansh Arya showed intent right from the word go putting pressure on CSK bowlers. The hosts lost quick wickets of Prabhsimran Singh, Shreyas Iyer & Marcus Stoinis cheaply inside the first six overs. Priyansh Arya looked in sublime touch smashing CSK bowlers all over the park keeping the momentum for PBKS. PBKS raced away to 75 for 3 at the end of the first six overs.
