Under 19 World Cup 2022: All you need to know about tournament
The 14th edition of the prestigious Under 19 World Cup is about to start from tomorrow onwards in West Indies. Bangladesh is currently the defending Champions as they defeated India during 2020 Under World Cup held in South Africa.
There are 16 teams divided into four groups. The matches
will be played on 4 grounds namely, Guyana, Trinidad, St Kitts, and Nevis
Patriots, Antigua. New Zealand has withdrawn from the tournament due to extensive
quarantine restrictions due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The Super League quarterfinals
will be played on the 25th and 26th of January.
From the 4 groups, the top two teams will qualify for the Super
League quarterfinals while the rest of them will feature in Plate Group rounds.
