Namibia and Bangladesh announce squads for the World T20
With the deadline of 15th September, two more teams announced their squads for the prestigious World T20 to be played in Australia from next month onwards.
Namibia had a memorable 2021 World T20 played in UAE. They reached
the main round after defeating favorites Ireland and Netherlands. It was an
impressive performance as registered their first win in the Super 12 stage
defeating Scotland. They lacked experience against top-quality teams like
India, New Zealand, Pakistan, and Afghanistan.
This time in Australia they will play a qualifying round. They
have been clubbed with the Netherlands, Sri Lanka, and United Arab Emirates in
Group A. It will be a good test for the Namibian side as they face strong
opponents Sri Lanka will be fresh after winning the Asia Cup 2022 while the Netherlands allowed the return of top-quality players.

the Super 12 stage.
