India trashed in 1st ODI of tri series

India were defeated in 1st match of tri series by Aussies by 65 runs by Duckworth Lewis method in melbourne today.The third team invovled is Sri Lanka.
India won the toss and elected to bowl first. They began well by picking up 2 qucik wickets of Warner and Pointing in the first 11 overs. The ran began to fall and the match was reduced to 32 over match. The aussies after break began to score qucikly and posted a good score of 216 for 5 in 32 overs with David Hussey scoring a fifty.
The Indian chase did not began well losing 2 wickets qucikly and after the fall of those 2 wickets Rohit and Kohli scored runs. When Kohli got out india were never in the chase and were bundled out for 151 giving aussies a bonus point.

  The Australian Cricket Team registered a consolation win in the 3 rd and final T20I match played at the Ageas Bowl, Southampton on Tuesday. By virtue of this victory, Australia retained their number 1 ranked T20I side in the world.   Australian captain Aaron Finch won the toss and decided to field first. It could have been an ideal start for the visitors as Starc almost got Tom Banton out. The umpire gave it not out and Finch decided to review the decision but due to an inside edge, the decision was upheld. Josh Hazlewood coming into the playing XI produced a lovely delivery to get rid of Tom Banton edging straight to Matthew Wade.
