Aussies in a mess in ashes

The Australians have lost their legacy after the greats like Shane Warne, Glenn Mcgarth, Adam Gilchrist and major players have retired. After that number of new players have not replaced them. In 2013 ashes the performance has gone  done very badly by losing the first and second test match. The first test match was a close one by losing the first one by 14 runs and losing the 2nd test by 347 runs. Their was a lot split among the Aussies. The batsman have let them down by not scoring runs and the bowlers leaking a lot of runs in the 2nd test match. This shows that when under pressure they are not able to perform as they were used to do 10 to 15 years ago.

The first test match saw the teenager Ashton Agar scoring 98 in the first innings and the second innings saw the last wicket scoring 66 runs to make a effort to chase down the score but with the wicket of Haddin it made the England team happy. Anderson was the pick of the bowlers in the first test match and in the second test match Swann did the trick for the England team. I think the lack of good players playing the spin and swing bowling has resulted in such bad result in the second test match.

The Allan border comments that talienders are better than the top order batsman suggests that the team has pull up the socks very quickly and play above their expectations. Clarke and Watson have to play a big role to win the ashes.

The England team is playing very well as a team and is eying to trash the aussies for 5-0. I think this scenario is possible as the aussies need to plug their loophles and convert them into strengths.
