After two successive defeats, Royal Challengers Bangalore
stunned Mumbai Indians with a massive win played at Dubai International

a good delivery getting rid of Paddikal without opening his account. Virat
Kohli looked in decent touch putting bad deliveries for boundaries. Srikar
Bharat also showed intent in taking on MI bowlers especially Adam Milne. At the

MI bowlers think with reverse sweeps against Rahul Chahar. At the end of the 2nd
timeout, RCB made 109 for 2.
After the timeout, Kohli reached his fifty off 40 balls. A
good catch by substitute fielder Anukul Roy ended innings for RCB captain.

Maxwell and AB de Villiers in the 19th over. Maxwell and de Villiers
added 36 runs for the 4th wicket. Trent Boult did not allow RCB to
score runs during the final over grabbing Shahbaz Ahmed's wicket with a brilliant
yorker. Thanks to brilliant knocks by Maxwell, Kohli, and Bharat, RCB posted 165
for 6 in 20 overs.
In reply, MI openers Rohit Sharma and Quinton de Kock
started off brightly taking on RCB bowlers. It was a superb piece of batting by both
experienced batsmen. At the end of the first six overs, MI raced away to 56 for
0.
Chahal struck for RCB dismissing de Kock with a lovely catch
by Maxwell. Rohit and de Kock added 57 runs laying a strong foundation. Kohli
decided to bring Maxwell into the attack. Rohit Sharma looked solid with his
stroke play. Maxwell dismissed MI captain Rohit trying to hit another big shot
providing an easy catch to Paddikal.

batsmen. Krunal Pandya was promoted ahead of Pollard and Hardik Pandya. With
the required rate climbing up, Ishan Kishan and Krunal Pandya went cheaply. At
the end of the second timeout, MI scored 97 for 4.
