  The Indian junior hockey team had a mixed journey in the FIH Junior world cup played in Chennai and Madurai. Indian team made a great start to the tournament finishing at the top of Group B. They started their journey with a dominating 7-0 win over Chile. Rosan Kujur, Dilraj Singh scored 2 goals each while Ajeet, Anmol Ekka and Rohit Ekka made one goal each.
