FIH Junior Men’s Hockey World Cup 2025: Standings

 

The FIH Junior Men’s Hockey World Cup came to an exciting end as Germany retained the title after 1-1 draw in regulation time and 3-2 win in penalty shootout at Major Radhakrishnan Stadium, Chennai on 10th December 2025.

Here we look at the Standings after the 2025 FIH Junior Men’s Hockey World Cup played in Tamil Nadu.

1.      Germany (1st)- Winners, Won against Spain by 3-2 in penalty shootout  

2.      Spain (2nd)- Runners-Up, Lost to Germany by 2-3 in penalty shootout  

3.      India (3rd)- Bronze, Won against Argentina by 4-2  

4.      Argentina (4th)- Lost to India by 2-4  

5.      Belgium (5th)- Won Against Netherlands by 4-3 in penalty shootout.

6.      Netherlands (6th)- Lost to Belgium by 3-4 in penalty shootout

7.      France (7th)-Defeated New Zealand by 4-1

8.      New Zealand (8th)- Lost to France by 1-4

9.      England (9th)- Beat Ireland by 2-0

10. Ireland (10th)- Lost to England by 0-2

11. Australia (11th)- Defeated South Africa by 4-2

12. South Africa (12th)- Lost to Australia by 2-4

13. Malaysia (13th)- Won Against Japan In Penalty Shootout by 3-0

14. Japan (14th)- Lost to Malaysia in Penalty Shootout by 0-3

15. Chile (15th)- Chile Beat Switzerland by 2-1

16. Switzerland (16th)- Switzerland lost to Chile by 1-2

17. Bangladesh (17th)- Bangladesh beat Austria by 5-4

18. Austria (18th)- Austria lost to Bangladesh by 4-5

19. South Korea (19th)- South Korea beat China by 5-4

20. China (20th)- China lost to South Korea by 4-5

21. Egypt(21st)- Egypt beat Canada in penalty shootout by 3-2

22. Canada (22nd)-Canada lost to Egypt by 2-3 in penalty shootout

23. Namibia(23rd)- Namibia won 4-2 against Oman

24. Oman (24th)- Oman lost to Namibia by 2-4

 


 







India winning the bronze medal after getting better of Argentina with comeback 4-2 win in bronze medal match yesterday.
